Service Policies
Booking & Cancellations

Please book your sessions in advance to ensure availability

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice

Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service
Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking or session.

Cash, credit/debit, Venmo, PayPal are all accepted methods of payment

All Reiki courses are nonrefundable — your registration holds your space in the class, and materials are prepared in advance

If you cannot attend, your tuition may be applied to a future class date
Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time to honor the next client’s appointment
Confidentiality

All information shared during your visit is kept strictly confidential
Intake Form

A completed intake form must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to your first scheduled service
